Gilbert Munoz - Owner

Gilbert Munoz is the Owner and Founder of Flight Elements and personally handles all customer accounts and service execution.  He is NATA Safety 1st Certified, with over 18 years of experience in general aviation.  Having worked for two award winning FBOs, an aircraft detail company and a large Part 91 flight department, he understands the importance of providing excellent customer service to passengers, crews and the support staff of both large and small operations.

Jamie Munoz - Vice President

Jamie Munoz is the Vice President of Flight Elements and responsible for overseeing operations.  She is an FAA Certified Dispatcher and Flight Attendant with nearly 20 years in the industry, as well as a former recipient of an NBAA Scholarship.  Her experience includes managing a Part 135 charter department for a ten or more operator and serving as Chief Brand Manager for an award winning FBO.   Jamie also spent four years overseeing development of a revolutionary FBO software program for a Fortune 100 company.  She is currently the General Manager for Galaxy FBO, Addison and is also the Founder & President of Value Elements - a business that specializes in Customer Experience consulting.
